FAQs

I want to start counseling, where do I begin?

Glad to hear you are ready to start your journey and we are happy to help and guide you through it. First things first, call the front desk. There, we will be able to answer any questions and go through the appointment process. We will also ask some general information questions to get your session booked.

Are sessions in-office or virtual?

Sessions are currently provided virtually until further notice for everyone’s safety. We are planning to open our office in Carrollton/Frisco area by the end of 2022. We will update all patients along the way.

Do you accept insurance and do you bill?

Yes! Please visit the “Insurance” page to see which ones we accept.

We also bill on your behalf through our system, so all you have to do is login to your appointment and pay any upfront fees.

How much is counseling?

Generally, 60 minute out-of-pocket sessions are $125, but we offer a sliding scale to make it accessible to everyone.

 

Other costs include:

Missed/Late Cancellations - $75

Disability Paperwork - $85/submission

School Evaluations - $150/hour (including travel time)

My appointment is booked, what’s next?

You will be sent 2 emails before your appointment — Appointment Information and Paperwork. You will also need to send a picture of your drivers license and picture of your insurance card (if applicable).
